Sister Properties

As a parent of an undergrad student in the Tampa area, I am so happy that we found the Aurora apartments. Property is well-maintained, clean and quiet. It has been a safe place as well and I know my student has enjoyed a number of community activities, the well-equipped gym, the beautiful pool and outdoor areas, as well as the close distance to university, restaurants and his part time job.

Aurora is a beautiful resort style apartment building in downtown Tampa, amenities, pool, gym, outdoor and the staff is amazing with a superior customer service focused. The property manager Gregory was so nice and professional with me and he also introduced me with the maintenance supervisor William. The atmosphere is great with residents and staff. Beautiful experience to visit Aurora.

They made the process seamless in moving in, maintenance team has been astounding (George was so helpful), and the property itself is very well taken care of and managed. The staff here at Aurora has been nothing short of wonderful. Debbie and and Neil help out tremendously. The location of Aurora is ideal, with being right down town, it is a 2 min walk to Amalie Arena and Water Street. Everything is always clean and the amenities like the gym and pool feel very high class! Very happy living here.
