As a parent of an undergrad student in the Tampa area, I am so happy that we found the Aurora apartments. Property is well-maintained, clean and quiet. It has been a safe place as well and I know my student has enjoyed a number of community activities, the well-equipped gym, the beautiful pool and outdoor areas, as well as the close distance to university, restaurants and his part time job.

Aurora is a beautiful resort style apartment building in downtown Tampa, amenities, pool, gym, outdoor and the staff is amazing with a superior customer service focused. The property manager Gregory was so nice and professional with me and he also introduced me with the maintenance supervisor William. The atmosphere is great with residents and staff. Beautiful experience to visit Aurora.

The staff here at Aurora has been nothing short of wonderful. Debbie and and Neil help out tremendously. The location of Aurora is ideal, with being right down town, it is a 2 min walk to Amalie Arena and Water Street. Everything is always clean and the amenities like the gym and pool feel very high class! Very happy living here.

Fantastic location for working in downtown Tampa. The amenities, such as the pool, hot tub, and gym, are also very nice. Also, the food trucks they bring in periodically are convenient and the events they host are fun. Plus, Debbie helps make everyone feel like Aurora is truly their home. I can't recommend enough!

I can say with confidence this is one of the BEST apartments in Tampa. Everything from the location to the amenities (grill, pool, package delivery, trash valet, etc.) makes this place superior to any other downtown apartment. The staff is very kind and willing to answer any questions (shoutout Debbie) and the apartments themselves are very well-maintained and CLEAN!!
